This project involved the careful demolition of a concrete pool base and internal steps in preparation for the installation of a prefabricated fibreglass shell. Our team used a combination of jackhammers and handheld saws to break out the existing structure while preserving the surrounding brickwork and coping.
Working within tight boundaries, we managed dust suppression, debris removal, and site safety across multiple access points. This soft demo phase was critical in ensuring the new pool could be installed with a clean, level footprint — showing how controlled demolition makes all the difference when working alongside pool builders and renovators.
