This project involved the removal of existing tile and screed from a second-storey outdoor balcony, followed by full surface grinding to prepare for waterproofing and finishing works.
Our team operated at height on a suspended slab, using heavy-duty demolition tools to lift bonded material safely and efficiently.
The grinding phase ensured a clean, level surface ready for the next trade, while dust control and site management kept the area safe and tidy. This project demonstrated our ability to carry out fast, controlled floor preparation in complex residential environments.
